Meanwhile, Scottye hires Nic Cage to also go underneath the city and into The Halls Of Presidents, featuring everything from missing senators to zombies to horrific orange haired monsters and piles (and piles and piles) of condoms, it's everything you'd expect an attraction about the nation's capital to be.
